Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ADP Service LLC for your architectural, interior design, and planning needs. We strive to maintain the highest standard of service quality and client satisfaction. This policy details the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and service modifications.

1. Professional Consulting & Initial Retainers

To initiate architectural, interior design, or planning projects, an upfront retainer or deposit fee is required to allocate resources and schedule design personnel.

• Prior to Project Work Commencement: If a cancellation request is submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment and before design work or site assessments begin, a full refund will be issued, minus a 5% administrative fee.
• After Work Commences: Once design consultations, floor plan drafting, or site surveys have initiated, retainers are non-refundable to cover consumed labor hours and preliminary development.

2. Milestone Payments & In-Progress Projects

Our design and architectural projects are structured around agreed-upon milestones (e.g., Concept Design, 3D Rendering, Construction Documentation). Payments tied to completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-stage, the client remains responsible for payment covering all billable hours worked up to the date of cancellation receipt.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Digital Deliverables

Due to the customized nature of design and architecture, the following services and items are strictly non-refundable once delivered:

• Final digital architectural blueprints, CAD files, 3D render files, and floor plans.
• Custom physical material samples, furniture acquisitions, or site-specific procurement fees.
• Third-party permit application fees or municipal filing charges incurred on behalf of the client.

4. Revisions & Satisfactory Completion

We are dedicated to delivering designs that meet your expectations. Rather than issuing cash refunds for subjective dissatisfaction with creative concepts, our contract agreements include dedicated revision rounds during each stage to adjust, refine, and finalize plans according to your feedback.
