Welcome to ADP Service LLC. By accessing our website, hiring our architectural or interior design services, or interacting with our digital deliverables, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully prior to commencing any project with us.

1. Scope of Design & Architectural Services

ADP Service LLC provides architectural design, space planning, 3D visualization, interior design, and drafting services as explicitly outlined in your signed proposal, estimate, or contract agreement.

• Preliminary Proposals: All preliminary scopes, project timelines, and cost estimates provided prior to formal agreement execution are subject to adjustment based on site verification or scope changes.
• Permit & Engineering Disclaimer: While we prepare technical plans to municipal standards, third-party structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering stamps or city filing approvals remain subject to local regulatory requirements.

2. Client Responsibilities & Site Access

Timely project completion relies on mutual cooperation. The client agrees to provide accurate property information, site measurements, spatial preferences, timely review approvals, and safe physical or virtual access to the project site when required.

3. Intellectual Property & Drawings Rights

All concepts, CAD files, 3D renderings, interior specifications, blueprints, and architectural layouts developed by ADP Service LLC remain the intellectual property of ADP Service LLC:

• License Use: Upon full payment of agreed fees, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final drawings solely for the specified property project.
• Re-use Restriction: Project plans, 3D assets, and custom design details may not be resold, redistributed, or reused on other sites without express written authorization from ADP Service LLC.

4. Payment Terms & Billing Schedules

Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule detailed in your project proposal (e.g., initial retainer, milestone checkpoints, and final balance prior to final file handover). Outstanding balances past due dates may result in a temporary pause on design work, renderings, or construction document releases.

5. Limitation of Liability

ADP Service LLC shall not be held liable for construction delays, contractor site errors, material supply availability, or field variances resulting from unapproved modifications made to our designs by third-party builders or sub-contractors without our supervision.
